God's Sacrifice Redefined

Abraham sacrificed his son, Issac.
God, the Father, sacrifice His son, Jesus.

Abraham laid his son Issac on the altar of Mount Moriah.
God left his son Jesus on the altar of Mount Calvary.

Issac did not know that he was to be sacrificed.
Jesus knew that He was.

Issac carried the flame.
Jesus carried the cross.

Abraham lifted his knife towards Issac.
God let man lift their weapons against Jesus.

God is faithful.

In place of Issac, God gave a ram.
In place of a relationship with us, God gave His son.

Don't waste it.
